I am selling my HMC150, this is a professional level video camera that you could use to make a feature film, or start your own wedding videography business charging thousands of dollars per gig. These cameras are so much better for shooting than DSLRs for two reasons. 1) autofocus - try focusing manually for a whole gig. Its a nightmare. 2) XLR ports - You can plug a professional level microphone into this camera and have audio that is perfectly synced

This is an all digital workflow that is so much more convenient than miniDV tapes. It shoots on SD cards which are so much cheaper than the P2 cards Panasonic was selling for years on HVX200 or HPX170.
