I followed the instructuion by that dude, who does 2.35:1 projector lenses and dvx by filming through the optics.
Well, then you get a 4:3 squeezed image.
Play it with VLC-Player or on TV-monitor and set aspect ratio to 2.35:1, everything is fine.

But how can I get the 2.35:1 on youtube/vimeo.
I used Sony Vegas, but it just cropped and cut the image.
I did unsqueeze with another prgram. The image went from 4:3 to 16:9. So there is still half of the image missing.

Is there a program that simply alows me to set an aspect ratio, just like VLC does?
Seems like Vegas 8 doesn't do the job.

Try a pixel aspect ratio of 1.567. Assuming you're NTSC. If you're PAL, try 1.88.

That would change the size of the project.
But it doesn't change the size of the imported data, only cuts again.
I need to adjust the length, not the height.

    The imported data stays 4:3.
