Hello I have just recently been getting transparent black bars that crawl up my footage. After research I found it was because of shooting in fluorescent lights. This did not always happen when I shot in such lighting. Why is this happening all of a sudden? Can I fix it? Do all canons do this?

This happens when you shoot 60i/30fps where there's 50hz current (PAL countries), and 50i/25 fps in 60hz current (NTSC countries). Could this be why it's happening to you?
