Nice work, Jace! I have to admit the story isn't the most original but it still had me pretty tense while watching it! The pacing was good and I enjoyed the actress' performance. She's got the creepy, crazy 'Ring/Grudge' act down! I would consider cutting that shot of the quick flashback of stabbing motions when Sharon first finds the bloody knife because for me at least it gave away the ending and it would flow fine without it.
