Finally got around to cutting a new demo reel.

I tried to do something a little different than the standard montage - I welcome any feedback.
Curious to know if it works or not.

Let me know what you think.

Very nice. Love the way your audio mix blends with your images.

Cool idea for a reel. Great work.

I like how it's a concept and narrative, that ties it all together, not just a random montage of stuff. That said, I missed some night footage - there's a couple of brief exteriors the cityscape and marshmallow roasting thing, but no real night interiors, no moonlight. Everything is lit like a universal production /jk/, but I'd like to see skill in light removed and shadows placed. Seriously, it's just to nitpick . Good job overall though; it's important to stand out from the crowd, and this does - grade A.

    Thanks guys.

Corpse - that's high praise coming from you.
As far as night shots go, you're right... and I wish I had more of them. Most of my work is corporate based, so the vast majority of shooting is daytime/business hour stuff.
The timelapse wasn't even something shot for a project - it was a shot I grabbed out my hotel window in NYC while I was on another shoot (just saw the opportunity for something and got it).

Good point though, and something I will keep in mind moving forward. I'm realizing it's both a good and bad thing that all that footage cuts together into one cohesive piece.
