Great work, love the pacing and cinematography.

In some shots the DoF is too shallow, it's good to show a bit more stuff behind the subject.

Also did you use Warp Stablizer in a few shots? I can see very obvious wobble.

    Overall very professional and appealing.

Off topic question, did the chef has some kind of hygiene cerfiticate? because he's using his bare hand to arrange the food and he's not wearing a cap to prevent hair falling on food.

Awesome video Jordan. Great colors, framing, audio was great too. I still shoot on my trusty HVX but I've been loosing a lot of business lately due to all of my clients wanting the same look that comes from the DSLR. I've been contemplating which one to get but I def. think now I should just splurge and get the mark iii.

Thanks! Yes, I did use Warp Stabilizer a couple times. Probably most notably in the walking shot when he's buying groceries.

And yes, he's fully certified and actually very very conscious when comes to hygienic matters and cleanliness.

I am going to step away from the visual aesthetic and just comment on the story. As a food lover, this was a very interesting story and subject matter (underground dining) that I think was cut together very nicely. It was definitely shot very well, but I think really what came out - and stood out - to me was the story of a man who is very passionate about cooking and providing an intimate dining experience. I think if the goal was to 'sell' people on Tom's Kitchen, it worked well (I even liked the Facebook page).

Beautiful. The stabilizer shots are a little distracting, but most won't notice. Great use of nat sound and nice pacing. What lenses?
