Wow! The CGI blew me away. This looks like a lot of work. Very impressive. I LOVE the city and house shots.

Are you freakin' kidding me?! That was flingin'-flangin' amazing. Does the rest of the forum realize that there's some of the best stuff that's ever hit DVXuser in this quiet little fest? That was so good I feel like I owe you money. Everything about that was killer (pun intended).

Zero criticism. Fantastic. All of it.

I watched it twice... I'll probably watch a dozen more times... today. I thought I'd chill a bit on a second viewing... nope... I'm even more impressed. The creativity encapsulated in that couple minutes is staggering.

A short where the creativity is truly ENHANCED by the CGI, rather than REPLACED by it. For a lot of these types of things, it seems to be "enough" just to have the cool FX. This uses the FX to tell a story. The FX as a TOOL, not the POINT.

Massively creative. Now, if you don't mind . . . what IS "low-budget," really?

Matt... you really have to learn to express yourself, I mean holding it all in like this is just not a good thing.

I've watched this repeatly and can't get enough of it! SO well done...true professionals....top-notch production...and on a budget no less.
I too would like to know what the 'real' budget would be (including your hourly rate as a VFX artist)?
