[B]Shot this 30Min. Short Comedy with the DVX100A. Please, be patient. I think it will be worth your time. I'd love some feedback...

    Synopsis:
    A Much Too Open House - Comedy - 2005
Carl Rayner proudly sets up his first open house as a newly-licensed real estate agent. It doesn't take long, however, for him to notice that this open house seems to be attracting more than its share of eccentric types. Is it his imagination, or is this house drawing every wing nut in town? And what can he do when he receives news that brands the property as unsellable at any price?

This look like it was shot on a Panavision rather than a Panasonic DVX100A. Incredible. What did you use for lighting?

I thought it was very well put together, it's hard to keep a film interesting particularly when it's set in one location. The only thing I didn't really like about it was the occasional shot that zoomed in (except for the ones where he sees the sprinkler), they just felt a bit amateur, similarly with some of the transition edits.

Overall a very well done film, directing and acting was very good. Great job.

Very impressed. Good performances, funny... I felt it dragged just a little in the middle, and the ending felt a little cheesy to me honestly, but overall I think you have a very good short on your hands. Congratulations.

I loved the part where he was coming up with excuses for people not to buy the house, I thought he had lost his mind but then the ending reveals it all. Very nice!
