We are putting together a spot where the bulk of the visuals are pictures that we animate to move up the screen. (See link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2rP864wBR80 The issue I'm having is the edges that jitter as the pictures move up. Typically I'd add an edge blur but the frame we are using doesn't allow for this. This appears on our NTSC monitor as well. Just looking for any suggestions for smoother looking moved. Thanks

Is that done in an HD or SD Timeline? Looks like typical interlace issues. Create a 30 fps, progressive timeline and try it. Also, sometimes altering the speed just very slightly can help.
