My short film recently got into a festival, and they only accept Blu-ray screeners. So I went and got a Blu-ray burner and tried all sorts of software, and apparently, none can burn a simple MP4 file for viewing on a Blu-ray player. The best I got was Xilisoft Blu-ray creator, but it has a major issue: my film is in 23.9 FPS, and it creates the Blu-ray movie at 24 fps for some reason. Meaning the audio gets out of sync after minute or two. I've already wasted a dozen discs trying to fix this issue, without any luck.
I'd appreciate any help you guys might have, any recommendations for Blu-ray authoring apps, please let me know.
Thanks!

For simple authoring, you can use Adobe Encore or Sonic. If you want to create sophisticated menus & access other BR features, take a look at Do Studio. (Make sure you're sitting down before you look at the price!)
Post production is not an afterthought!

I use Encore - works great for me. Have used it for theatrical screenings no problem. Great compression.
