Panasonic has introduced their own scene files for Panny users. HINT: If you have a PC (can't speak for MAC owners), after you download the .TXT file, make sure you change the file name to SCENE1.TXT 2 3 etc. Otherwise the files will not import. It seems the PC will assign the name. in my case, AC 130.TXT which is NOT recognized. Again, change to SCENE1.TXT as the file name. There are some good examples to pick and choose including a DSLR look for evaluation.
Good Luck and let us know your favorite.

Good pickup. I see they have updated for other cameras such as the HPX 250. The scene files are fairly neat, but Panasonic could have done a better job of explaining that you can save up to 6 sets in banks of four for uploading six at a time. When I first looked at the scene files explanations I wondered what it was all about.
Given that you can have 6 of your own settings in the camera and four banks of six scene files on an SDHC card, you basically have 30 scene set ups available.

One question, if I download the scene files and delete panasonic proposed bringing the factory, could recover the factory setting in some way if I do not like new?
Thank you.

Yes, you can always restore the factory settings. There is a "load/save/init" menu command, and choosing "init" will initialize the scene file back to the original factory setting.

Ok, thank you very much, I'll try to see how they behave in these new presets, especially one of HDSLR've seen and want to see that this is matching with my 7D.
Barry, when you refer to lose -2 in contrast and color in the 7D for panasonic igular with that style should be selected image in the 7D, Normal, Neutral, Faithful?
Thank you very much and greetings.

The website is from Panasonic USA. They provide these scene files as a service to their customers. As such, the scene files only work in cameras from the USA.
You may be able to text-edit modify them to work in your camera, but as-is, they are designed for USA customers who have USA models of the cameras.
