I own an HPX 250 and an HVX200 but have a rather high profile job coming up and I want to get matching cameras for it. Unfortunately all of the local rental houses have their HPX-250's accounted for and the same can be said about the HPX-370 (which to my knowledge has just about the same sensor but in a different form factor). So I was wondering how an HPX-300 would compare to the HPX-250. I really like the high quality, well resolved images that the HPX-250 produces (which in my mind are much better than what the HVX200 can produce) so I am hoping that the HPX-300 will at least be able to give me similar image quality, even if it has some jello issues, and is a tad noisy in the blacks.
What do you guys think?

You could definitely make them match well. And jello is only an issue on the HPX300 in 1080/24; jello is not an issue in 60i or 720p.

Oh that's perfect, I was planning on recording in 720 anyways.
Thank you so much!

How well would an HPX 300 match with an HPX 250?
