There is not. You'll have to type them out by hand in a word processor, or possibly Copy/Paste them by hand.

Aside that, I've tried to use the Adobe Bridge, to transfer a project into After effects, it works pretty well but is it only able to transfer the sequence as a single video ? Not the editing as it is in Premiere ? (I mean every clip rather than a whole video containing all of them)

Yup! This is one of Premiere's great strengths...how well it plays with AE. Select all your video and audio (command-a). Then, go to file, Adobe Dynamic Link >> Replace with After Effects Comp. AE will open with all your video tracks, complete with cuts.

I too am a former Vegas user. The first thing I did in CS6 was change the CTRL+K shortcut to S like it is in Vegas. I loose the Snap shortcut that way, but I never mess with it anyway, so S for split works just fine. Be warned though, it only works on selected tracks.

Me again. Started to work with waveforms for color correction but the measures are from 0.1 to 1.2 instead of the usual -20 to 120 I used to have in Vegas. Any way to set this the same way (IRE ?) ?

Edit : so apparently I should have a setup button on the waveform but it's not there and I can't find how to get it back...

PAL media will show the range in volts. NTSC/ATSC will show it in IRE. Nothing you can do about that.

Aw, ok. Thanks. I'll google references in volt but any tips ? I've got the black line already, but what value is white, and between where and where is supposed to be the skin ?

Here is a tip for both of you

Put some Black Video (create New Item) ..and some Color Bars on the timeline. You will see where they sit.
