Are you able to change lenses on the HMC-150? If so, what size do you need and where would get them? Thanks.

    Hi Michael

Nope!! The HMC150 is a fixed lens camera. You can buy add ons like wide angle adapters and tele adapters but they are usually of dubious quality unless from Panasonic and you will also lose a stop of too which isn't really a good idea. The range of the fixed lens is usually more than adequate for most people unless you are shooting wildlife from hundreds of yards away. If you want an interchangeable lens camera then you need to look at the AF100

Thanks so much for the info! With so many people moving to DSLR workflows, my thoughts were more along the lines of depth of field - I love the shallow focus look. The range is definitely fine for me, so I'm assuming the best way to get limited depth of field is to zoom in.

Am I able to put filters on? If so, where would you recommend buying them?

    Thanks.
