I'm looking for new ideas... for interview backgrounds.
My constraints are:
- must be light for air travel
- need minimal lighting
- alter look quicklyIn the past, I've used:
- 12' x 20' dark grey muslin, allowing a full range from black to white.
- Force Four spot
- kookaloris
- dimmer
- selection of 12 different coloured gels.
Although the shadows, shapes and colours were different between set ups... there was a consistency, so in the edit... the shots cut well, between back to back interviews.
I was hoping to find something completely different… any thoughts?

Different in what way?
Not sure of your max weight, but have you thought about projecting a gobo pattern?David W. Jones
