External Screen for DSLR recommendation? First time buying.

I have a 60D and want a bigger screen that I can mount to my camera/video head/slider/glidecam. I find that sometimes everything looks great on the LCD in the back of the camera but when I take it home something is off about the composition, focus or lighting a bit. I don't need the biggest screen in the world, and I'm asking if $100-200 can buy me anything better than my 3" LCD on the back of my DSLR, and if so what would you recommend to me.
