Has or is anybody here using something similar to this? I'm contemplating on getting one for my self but decided I would like
to hear some feedback first on the usability of it...

    Anybody?

I have one for Final Cut Pro, but it has configurations for just about anything, and you can custom configure the buttons if you want. It basically maps to keyboard controls. The Jog/shuttle is mapped to frame forward or reverse. The other buttons map to stuff like mark-in, mark-out etc, and if you don't like the defaults you can change it to the way you work. Basically if there is a keyboard shortcut for a function it can be mapped to the shuttle pro.

Works great with Premiere Pro right out of the box. Also use it with Nuendo but that took a little configuring.
