Ladder Dolly recommendations?

Hi Guys,

I'm looking for recommendations for a good ladder dolly, ideally I'd love something that could also mount 3-point attachments for a tripod, but that's a secondary concern to build-quality, speed of setup, and smoothness of movement.

Also, can anyone comment on the performance and durability differences between the skate-wheel type ladder dollies and the aluminium + silicon o-ring types?
