I recently picked up a new (to me) FS-100 and it is partitioned as two volumes. Is there any way to reformat it as a single volume? I tried using a few third party utilities (since Windows 7 will not format a 250GB drive as FAT32) and they appeared to make 1 232GB partition, only to find the Firestore still thinks it is two separate drives. I know I could do this by physically removing the hdd and sticking it in my computer, blowing out the partitions, and sticking it back in the Firestore, but I'm a little nervous about actually cracking it open. Any suggestions?
    Thanks,
    frosh.

Their very very easy to open up. I wouldn't worry about it, if you have ever added ram, or a hd to a pc, then it's equally easy. dont sweat it.
