Anyone using the Tokina 11-16 mm F2.8 lens I am thinking of getting one and would appreciate
some feed back from people who are using it with their FS100. Thanks in advance.

I have not used it myself, but i can say it's a very popular lens. Any time i've seen people talking about getting a wide angle lens, The Tokina 11-16 2.8 seems to be the general favorite.

They have announced a Pro II version, but i'm not sure when it will arrive. Depends on which mount you'd need or if you want to wait for it, i think it will come in Canon and Nikon versions this fall.

What do you mean? It's an AF lens so the focus is pretty short, but its also an UWA so im guessing you're either gonna have it on/near infinity or at the closest focus possible (which is like 3-4ft? cant remember)

I haven't got my FS700 yet, but I have used it extensively on my Canons, and I can say without any hesitation, that it's a great lens. Really well made, great optics. I think for the focal range, there is not a better lens IMO. A must have.

You can also get a Sony adapter (LAEA1 or LAEA2) and use the Sony version.
