Hi,

Here is my ad from CL. Trying to get it into Screamfest. Any help or leads would be appreciated.

At the moment is on hold. I am working on it (i.e got storyboards now!), but the cost to film is too much for me at the moment. Never knew editing was so expensive!

Hi,

I am looking for a DP for a one day shoot. I have written a horror that I can't seem to forget about it - so I think that is a sign that I would like to seen it made into a short.

I have a few dollars to put into it - but I can't do the thousands of dollars some people think it needs for a one day shoot.

It is all in one apt - 2 main characters and one person with one line.

I won't try to use the word "amazing" (other than that once) or any of the other things people say when people want people to work for less than they normally charge.

I have light stands, c-stands, china balls, some lowel lights, reflectors, gels, etc. I don't have kinos or any of the better stuff, unfortunately.

I have access to a Canon T2i - not sure about the lenses (i.e. will they do the the job - but there are a few). I do like the look of the hacked panny gh2 though if you happen to lugging that around with you. LOL.

This would be my first time directing and being deeply involved in the details. I am familiar with the flow of filming and have helped a few times on other shorts/films. I am getting a storyboard done, hopefully, it will convey the story well.

I am still building the crew and have some feelers out, but really need a DP to come on board.

I will pay you something if that is essential, I am really not trying to mistreat anyone.

I understand just because I want something, doesn't mean it is your problem. Sort of like when you go to a car dealership, just because you want to pay a certain price doesn't mean they have to sell it to you at that price.
