Am looking for a good shoulder mount to use with my 250. Am interested to know what you guys use and if there are any that can have the 250 powered via a V-lock. Have found ones that power the sony and the canon but nothing for the 250.

You might check out Red Rock's micro shoulder mount at http://store.redrockmicro.com/Catalo...derMountDeluxe but I think I would call them directly and tell them your needs. I like their camera support gear although I had mixed results with their optical stuff years ago. I know Anton Bauer makes Gold Mount adapters that will work, e.g., QR-DVX, etc., plus they make V-mount adapters and cheese plates to mount it all together. I would think you would need a rail system to make the battery mount properly.

Lanparte makes a shoulder rig system that should work for the 250. However, I'm not sure if the C-arm option which allows a handle to be mounted over the SLR (so the rig can be picked up) is tall enough for the 250, so you'd have to use the 250's handle instead. There's a demo of the unit at http://cheesycam.com/lanparte-dslr-r...-shoulder-pad/ and the US dealer is joedigital.tv Check out the battery pinch that distributes power from the battery to both the camera and monitor(s) and which acts as a counter balance for the rig. The latest version (02) of Lanparte's Follow Focus has received excellent reviews for its price and quality.
