Hello everyone,
I just recently bought the Varavon Slider Lite and been using it with my 7D/Rokinon 35mm. I'm noticing that whenever I'm sliding it, the image is vibrating when its on the tripod or even when its using the legs that came with it. I can go wider to minimize the vibrations but I've seen plenty of footage shot with the slider and the footage used a 35/50mm. I'm using the Manfrotto 190XB Aluminum Legs and the Manfrotto 561 Head. Basically, for fellow slider users, what setup should I go with for tripod leg/head combo or is it user error thats causing the vibrations? I know this is a dumb question but I looked around on the Internet in hopes of finding information and had no luck.
Thank you for your time.

Have you tried the rubber band trick?
Wrap a rubber band around the base of the slider, and move the slider with the rubber band. It will take a good amount of vibration. I don't know the tripod, but maybe you are able to weigh it down with a sandbag or some other stuff to make it more stable?

It sounds like something may be wrong to me. I could understand if you said just on the tripod but if you are using the legs and they are stable something else may be going on. Is there a drag setting? You may have the drag setting causing vibration or perhaps something needs to be cleaned or adjusted. Is there any play in the platform if you wiggle it with a turning motion?
