Please help me decide

Background:

I started a forum in February this year, since then the community has been growing slowly.

Initially, the theme was the standard "out of the box" default one. I made some very crude modifications (added logo, and changed a few CSS colours).

A litter later down the line, I got feedback that the theme was boring and really needed looking into. I spent time and after an exhausting search found a free theme that I really liked. Currently this theme is the live theme.

Recently, I got more feedback from users, this time the theme although good was too dark, and over time becomes hard to use.

I decided to finally do it right:

Create a custom theme from scratch. So nearly two weeks of hacking later, and my weak designing skills + feedback I now have a demo.

I'm stuck now, on two header colours that I can't decide, and wanted an unbiased views on it.

Yeah, navy blue one gives me the feeling I would take the info given and the site more "seriously".

And it's easier on the eyes.

Navy. Light blue reminds me of something, can't put my finger on it but it's bad. Maybe current internal propaganda memos at work. Ridiculous what a difference a colour can make!

Many, many thanks guys.

I've shown the A/B to a lot of other folks, and almost everyone has picked the navy one.

After a lot of theme development, its now finally been released today. I can finally sleep yay!
