Hello, I have shoot this with a Red One MX, as you see is a cocert in a theater and the lights are. Is there anyway to bring a little light to this without being too over expose? I mean to give some color and light to everything that is not black, except the stage area. I dont have real experiencie, what program should I ues, what would be the process is if possible?

If you are using Adobe Premiere, try the shadow-highlight filter. You may need to turn off the 'auto' function and set the shadows and highlights manually.
