Do you use the Sony periscope loupe that came with the camera? Sick of face chasing it?
This is hand milled from solid Mycarta. Two elliptical cams allow flip screen almost full travel fore and aft while eliminating unwanted left right swivel. grab a coin, set monitor, lock it and forget it. adjusts in seconds. Shipping next week. $36. reserve via email dp at calebcrosby.com

    Cool huh?

Very cool! I just wonder if it not put too much pressure on the LCD swivel. I shot a wedding this weekend and notice that after some hard use my swivel seems to be a little loose, just dont feel as tight as it was when out of the box. Maybe if they go all the way up so the pressure points are more even distributed... by the way, I would gladly pick one of these up if theres no concerns with it.

The pressure point was considered when cutting the height of the ellipses. If you have a specific angle you tend to use I can make a custom cut for you, a thicker pedestal base and a longer screw. You oughta try as is first tho, it feels right. Snug, strong.
