Synopsis: Two friends play a deadly game in the woods.

"The Spear" is a class project with the students working as the crew. The film shoot is divided into Morning and Afternoon with students assigned to different crew positions for each part of the day. During each shoot a student was assigned to shoot and edit a BTS video and here they are:

Crew and Gear:

I teach a filmmaking class and this will be our third film entered in a DVXFest. I only have two students still with me from "The Water's Edge", but we are excited to be back. The DVXFests are always so much fun!

We will shoot this with the AF100 and Nikon Lenses.

We have an awesome crew - it's going to be fun.

The only thing I'm worried about is, I just realized I forgot to figure out where we put "DVX" in the film. Oh well, we still have a week to figure something out.

We got rained out from our shooting date today. Hopefully, we'll have better luck next week.

Also, I'm very happy - I figured out a great place to put DVX in the film.

Unfortunately, we were rained out for the second week in a row - if we can get the weather to cooperate we might actually shoot this thing.
