I'm going to be doing a lot of shooting (small 60-90 second productions) and need some opinions on the best setup for a one to two-man crew.

Requirements are stabilizer rig and a follow focus.

Which stabilizing rig best allows me to also operate the follow focus on my own?

I have been looking at the Halo Rig and also the Wondlan Ares, but I'm not sure which one would be best for my needs.

Taking suggestions for best follow focus as well.
