Yes its nostalgic hscully. Apart from that the video doesnt show its true resolution and sharpness. When I was uploading, vimeo warning came that data rate of this video is 3600 and it should be atleast 5000. Am I doing something wrong when encoding video in media encoder? in Pal country.

You're on Adobe? Just increase your bitrate in AME to 5000 or even 7000 would be better- it will increase the quality and sharpness of your video on Vimeo.
