I'm assuming this would work with the ti series as well as 60d... Interesting, hopefully though we will see newer version of these cameras soon.

    Right from their FAQ:

    Q. Will the VAF-7D work on any other cameras?
    A. It wasn't designed to. The filter was designed specifically in consideration of the way that the 7D produces 1080p video from its 18MP sensor. The physical size and shape of the filter housing are also highly specific to the 7D.

I spoke with Mosaic a few months ago. They were keen on getting the filter for the 7D finished up, but they said that they are working on a filter for the T2i / T3i / 60D. The filter itself is already optimized for the T2/3i, but it needs a slightly different size casing to fit into the camera and work properly. As Kegan quoted from their website, it's just a matter of the housing/cavity being different from the Rebel series/60D and the 7D.

Hopefully, that's not too far off.

So it's definite that the 7D filter won't fit the 60D? (Edit) - sorry just checked out the website and answered my own question

Things are a bit pricey, but from what I've seen I'd say it's worth it. Really waiting for the t2i one, which I'd say may cost slightly less than the 7D version (noted price difference between the 5D and 7D filter, plus more demand for the t2i / t3i/ 60D?)

Looks a lot like our design from 2010.

Makes me laugh, if I were them I'd sell it for that price as well, but it costs less than $10 to make.

If you goto 1:33 or so you can see the results of the filter. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jNNf3e6QmI0

Well, maybe it works out better for them, but all I can say is, for $10 I'd buy one, for $300+ I won't.
