whats the best way to render FCP videos for Youtube to get best quality

Canon 60D / FCP / 24p project

I have been testing different render setting and so on to figure out what looks the best on youtube.

just want to see what your thoughts are.

do you use .Mov files or something else. I believe .Mov is washing out my colors. Any input??

My process from FCP

Go: File > Export > Quick time Movie.

Leave at current settings.

Open the exported file with Compressor and go from there.
