Some retailers are claiming this Monday May 7th. But Adobe hasn't officially said yet. The only 'official' word I've seen is by June 8th at the latest.

the trials have been out for over a week now. They basically give you a fully funcitioning package for 30 days or until their subscription service kicks in, then you just activate it.

There is no official date yet.
