When an unusual classified ad inspires three cynical Seattle magazine employees to look for the story behind it, they discover a mysterious eccentric named Kenneth, a likable but paranoid supermarket clerk, who believes hes solved the riddle of time travel and intends to depart again soon.

Inspired by an actual classified ad, no joke.

Saw it tonight and I thought it was a good little movie. I have been trying to find articles about how the production came together. One of the better movies I have seen this year. A couple years ago I saw "City Island" with Andy Garcia. From a financial perspective I think this movie will be a money maker. I read it cost about 750K and it was bought for a 7 figure deal (probable with backend also). It has already made over 3M in BO.

If anyone stumbles across any good articles please share! This represents a quality indie movie that will actually turn a profit.

Enjoyable little movie. The guy who wrote the original ad is in it. The ad was a joke.

Yeah it was enjoyable. The ending feels right.

Though what Kenneth did and was planning to do didn't fit the ad.

    Dear Friends,

This movie was shot with the Sony F3. I do not know what lenses were used.

I was not associated with the production in any way, but have researched the production of this movie since I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Fine indy film. Surprisingly good. Good script, good acting, amazingly good sets (especially liked the old truck they found in the woods -- talk about cheap but effective set decoration!). No serious flaws. My wife and I really enjoyed it.

Yep, shot on the F3 pre-SLOG, and on a Panavision lens package (if memory serves me right).
It's a great little flick, I really enjoyed it.
