Hi.
I have a very strange GREAT problem.
I record a whole day dancers with my C300.
One input music with line setting and one mic for the voice.
Now, If I play the clips on the camera every thing goes well, but on my computer there's
no sound of the voice. The line ( music ) is good.
What can be wrong?
I converted the clips with MXF converter from Pavtube.
Thanks in advance.
Regards, Johan

Does it play in XF-Utility? Do you hear the voice in the headphones in the camera?
I donīt know the converter from Pavtube, I use the XF-Importer in FCPX and it works great.*****

Hi.
I hear no sound in XF-utility, but in the camera it works well.
Is the XF-Importer from Canon or what.
Thanks, Johan

Yes, Canon made a XF-Importer, and I guess there is one for FCP7 also.
If you canīt hear the voice in the XF-utility, but it is in the camera, then there is something wrong. Could it be too low recorded. Is the waveform flat?*****

The XF Utility has 2 little buttons to toggle the audio on each channel. Make sure they're on. Not sure if this would affect the export but it very well could.
