As I stated in my initial comment, it works with DSLRs. Also, in the video I just posted, it is working with a Red Scarlet.

Appreciate the post, it looks like nice gear. Not sure why your concerned about the lack of response; are you linked to the company?

I wish I could afford some Zacuto gear. I have a nice kit, and I'm not cheap, but a fully rigged setup would cost more than my cam.

Not everyone needs a shoulder rig; especially a real expensive one.

Before putting that kind of money in a shoulder rig, I'd probably just buy a shoulder cam. But I am thinking about a C300 when my ship docks.

Nope, just excited by their innovation. They consistently help push the market, and I respect that. This new product just look awesome and I really expected a bigger response to it, considering it solves so many needs that we all share.

IMO all Zacuto, RR, Genus etc. products counter the ergonomics.
EG the camera sits way to high, unbalanced (need TWO hands to balance 4 lb cam- REALLY!???)
The arms are too extended and therefore in the weakest position (try holding 20 lbs on extended arm and do the same with your hand near your chin- which one lasts longer)
These companies made a lot of money on producing shiny useless toys not gear and use hype marketing to sell it to the vulnerable young new crop of unsuspecting (fresh out of HS or college) film makers.
It's going to take a lot of work to undo the harm they caused.
And I'm not surprised by the very young falling for it (iphone anyone?) but it's a real shame that the front runners experienced DPs did not step up but rather went after the easy money..
Oh well- rant over.
Again it's MY OPINION in a free country(?) don't shoot me...
