Haven't fitted it yet, but for $20 brand new, you can't go wrong!

This lens may not be the same as the one in the video that you refer to. Seb does not show the 3.5mm lens there, but the 6mm is a c mount.

It may vignette badly even in ETC mode. At this stage, you do tend to get what you pay for with wide c mount lenses. This is a CS mount lens in all probability? The video lens was over twice the cost and had detailed range etc so likely to be a c mount lens.

This will give interesting full coverage macro, though?

I hope I am wrong. I have not bought or if I have not tried this lens on my epm-1

Looking forward to seeing your images, even if disappointing?

    Hi there,
I am using both, a Schneider Kreuznach Variogon f2 18-90mm and a Canon TV Zoom V6x17 2/17-102mm on an industrial High-speed camera with c-mount and a sensor of about 16mmx12mm.
while the Schneider vignettes clearly a bit on the shorter end the Canon Zoom shows only very little vignetting with the iris fully open.
But I have another question: Both these lenses behave on my camera in a strange way: Only at a focal length of higher than approx. 30mm behave the focus rings normal, i.e. according to their marks.
Below 30mm they work reversed: to focus in distance I have to bring the focus ring to close and vice versa.
Furthermore, focusing on a an object with a long focal length and zooming out again, the focus does not stay correct. I guess it is for the same reason as the other issue.
First I thought it was a defect of one lens but as they both behave similiar I doubt it. I cannot exclude that the flansh of my camera is not perfect but it shoulndn't give reason for the above mentioned behaviour.
    anyone has some ideas? Thanks!

I bought one a while back for £20 of ebay.

It's a bit pointless really. Ok quality, and has very swirly bokeh which I've not seen on any other lens, but I've only ever used it twice.
