Well lost my main actor so back to casting before I can move on with my project I had in mind, hopefully I will find one soon.

so how's everyone doing on this thing?

After being sick in bed for weeks my project was dead in the water. Before falling ill I had all my ducks lined up. After rescheduling I had lost my actors, locations and missed the weather window. After enjoying an indian summer and perfect weather, by the time I got better winter was in full display. After despairing all this week the weather gods have smiled and we're having a freak clear day tomorrow, which is coincidently the only day my outdoor location (which I have to get guerilla this time) might be deserted. I feel duty bound to take it as a sign. As long as noone decides to picnic we should be good. While the script I wrote can't be done, I have no idea what the final story is going to be, missing some vital props...I'm determined to submit something. I've grabbed a couple of friends and we're going to wing it, shoot some stuff and hopefully be able to write around it later with the indoor scenes.

Well, I'm glad I didn't go to the trouble of making a film thread.

I put off an ERCP surgery a couple months so I could get something made for this. Easy to do when the pain isn't that bad and not too often However it's gotten pretty horrible and had yet another ER visit so it looks like I can wait no longer. If a miracle occurs and I still have time to get something made, I'll try my best. OItherwise it looks like I'm out.

Is this fest cursed or something!?

Should be a "2012," unless this is also TimewarpFest...
