I need help. I have a client who sent me footage they shot on a Canon Vixia HF G10. They delivered the footage through a online program called Drop Box. The footage is in a "MTS" format and I can't import them to FCP 7 (when using Log and Transfer and choosing "Preferences>AVCHD>Apple Pro Res 422" I get squat).

Is there a way to get these clips into FCP 7? I read you can use Toast or that you have to import from the source (camera or card). Is there a way other than these and won't cost me $$$?
