Please check out the trailer of my short action film. It was shot with Canon T2i and HV20.

The edits were really 'slow' relative to building action... in this case, even 1/2 second of 'running' is too much, especially when the woman seems to be running at less than 'top speed'.

Since you're using the title "Run Lily Run", I suggest you watch "Lola Rennt"(1999) aka in English "Run Lola Run".

Most of the shots of Lola running are less than 1/2 second, and are intercut with 'other stuff' relative to the story, such as people, cars, etc. getting in the way... It also starts off 'rather slow' with Lola stationary at a crossroads... get it... she has to make a choice... run... or accept the consequences...

The woman in your trailer looks more like she's out for a morning jog...
