What is the best quality to export your HD project to DVD from Final Cut Pro?
How do editor's in Hollywood export if they are using FCP?
There has to be a one main export procedure.....Can anyone help?

You cannot increase quality in your exports.
Assuming your imported footage is an editing codec, and the sequence settings match it, then export Quicktime self contained without conversion.David S.

So once I'm done, go to file, export, Quicktime Self Contained? Then what?

Choose where you want the movie file to be saved, and let process complete.
Remember, it is not QuickTime Conversion.David S.
