Do you think that it could be possible with a firmware update to use the EVF and the LCD in the same time ?

I believe you can. You have to turn off the SDI output though.

I should say instead that my prefect set up will be : HD-SDI for the monitor and the LCD and the EVF for the shooting. how can i do that...? Can a software update fix that ?

I'm the same boat as you. It would be nice to have the SDI out enabled as well as the LCD VF for either monitoring on a larger monitor or connecting the camera to record on an external recorder or into a computer via a AJA or Blackmagic card.
Unfortunately all of my monitors are HD-SDI, now that means I have to spend $300-$700 for a decent HDMI to HD-SDI converter.
