can't set the shutter 1/30th

it should be an option in the menu, but i couldn't figure out. the recording modes i use are 1080 30PN, and 480 30P. the shutter goes from 1/60th to 1/15th, 1/7th. It skips 1/30th
any ideas?

Turn the shutter off. In 30p/30pn the shutter speed will be 1/30th.

Yeah, it would be kind of silly having to flip through a shutter speed you get by default simply by turning off the shutter. Shutter off = same as frame rate. Additionally, setting your shutter to 180° will always set your shutter speed to 2x your frame rate, which I often find useful.
