How do you manually adjust the kelvin on the panasonic HVX200 without using the 3200K/5600K presets?

    Thanks.

Set the white balance switch on A or B, then point the cam at something white and press and hold the AWB button on the front until it locks in a manual white balance.

If you mean dialing in a specific temperature, there's no option for it.

I have seen kits of tinted "white" balance cards or filter sets for use during white balance to manually adjust to an effective warmer or cooler temp.

You could also shoot through a lighting kit grade gel of known color temp to warm or cool your white balance by a set amount. (Just for the white balance. Remove the gel for the shoot once you have your temp.)
