When ingesting a P2 card to my Mac via P2CMS (write-protected card as well), one of the clips failed to ingest, saying that it had "rolled back" or something like that. I can play most of the clip in P2CMS, but it skips and freezes up half way through. What could have caused this and how can I avoid it in the future? What is "rolled back"?
