The book should be included in the box along with the Magic Bullet Editors software. If either of these two items are missing, there is a problem. A sticker should also be on the outside of the box explaining that these items are included. If the sticker is missing as well as the items, it's likely you have received a grey market or non-us version. I would contact B & H immediately to resolve it.

This may be a stupid question. I recently bought this camera as well and did receive the magic bullet software and the dvx book. BUT the model number of my camera has a "p" at the end. Does this mean I have a PAL camera? Or a non US model? Does canada get a different model number? Does this void the rebate panasonic is offering for US customers for US cameras?
OK, that was a bunch of questions. But can anyone help?
Thank you-
Derek
