    LuckStock, Pond5 and AudioJungle are the three best sites for royalty free music in my opinion. They are pretty low-priced and have looaads of music in different genres.
    They also have SFX, should you need it. You should be able to obtain licenses for low-budget use pretty cheap. Good luck!
