I just caught another trailer for Red Tails by George Lucas and when I checked the Technical category on IMDB.com, I was pleasently surprised to see that most of the cameras used were HDSLRs specifically Canon 7D and 5D.
I got to wondering what other films were done with 7D's (I own one). But I can't seem to find a way to search by technical information. Anyone know how?

That's kind of misnomer. The film was primarily shot with the Sony CineAlta F35. The HDSLRs were used for "cockpit cam" shots.

This may be true but still, I do find it cool that a film with Lucas and Rick McCallum attached decided to go to the Canons. I'd like to see BTS stills of the scenes where they were used.
That being said, IS there a way to search by camera?

Phillip Bloom was involved; I think he pitched the proof-of-concept of the dslr's to Lucas. There is a lot of info and photos on his blog.
