any ideas how to shoot a hand on fire, i google a lot, finding about gels, but nothing to put directly on skin (i mean nothing for sale), i cant hire a stuntman, (is a nobudget spot). Also, i prefer avoid compositing. Thanks guys!

There are gels to protect skin from burning, and special substances which burn at a (relatively) cool temperature, but no way would I risk using either without a trained practical fx technician - someone could easily end up in hospital otherwise, possibly maimed for life.
For a no budget production, compositing is definitely the way to go.

Why not use CG? You could place a few tracking dots, I think you can apply some motion and movement blur when they move their hands to add to the reality....

Take a look at this:
With some extra tweaking you could make it look pretty damn realistic.Gear: Panasonic GH17 (Lenin), Panasonic GH2, Nikkor 28-80mm F3.5-5.6, Pentax 50mm 1.7, Fujian 35mm/1.7, FD 28mm f2.8 and Panny 14-42 kit lens; Canon HV30 x2; Zoom H1, Rode VideoMic; Shoulder Shooter.
We are the directors of our lives.

Yep, nothing beats the real deal, though AE can come very close. But NEVER do live fire with out proper qualified training, proper materials for stunt fire, insurance, and trained safety personnel and stunt coordinator. Live fire stunts are NOT for non-trained stunt/SFX personnel.

I second Doc Bernard. You can get gels to burn directly on skin (without gloves etc), but you should never attempt fire stunts without the right professionals. When fire stunts/effects go wrong, it is horrible. Either seek professionals' help or go down the CG route.

I know this is old, but depending on the shot, you could use a prop hand and set it on fire. Or used both methods and set a prop on fire, then sync the flames up with a real hand in post. You could paint the hand orange to make compositing it easier.
