Hello
I have dabbled with my DVX100b camera for a few months now and was recently approached by someone to film an internet TV series similar to the popular talk show "The View."
The show will be unscripted and live and there will be a total of six members debating all at once. I only have the one camera, so doing close ups will be very tricky if not impossible.
The subject matter of this show is pretty serious and I would like to do as good of a job for these people that I can. Any suggestions, general rules, etc. Would be very greatly appreciated.

If you're going to have bad video coverage then you need to get good audio. Find out if the venue is going to mic the debaters and get a feed off of the mixing board. You might need to adapt xlr to 1/4" depending on their board, but make sure you get balanced cables.
