Since nobody answered my question at GH1 forum, I am repeating the problem here. Namely, I thought that PAL cameras do not have any problems with "interlaced" footage from Panasonic GH1 (AVCHD codec, 25p wrapped into 50i) when editing with Edius, since you can simply mark the clip as progressive. Since there is no pull-down, everything should be perfect when working with progressive presets (1920p25).
However, it is not the case. Even though the clips are marked as progressive before placing them in the timeline (of course, when importing the clip to bin it shows that it's interlaced) when exporting the clip you get quite nasty colour artefacts:

Does anybody know what can be done?!? It seems that Edius exports properly only the clips which are originally marked as progressive.

I don't work with PAL footage but I bet the folks over at http://ediusforum.grassvalley.com/forum/index.php could help you out.
